Coloring is an effective way to relax and de-stress! Join us from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm for a time of quietness and an opportunity to generate wellness. This monthly event is free, requires no registration, and is appropriate for persons 16-plus years of age. Color pencils, markers and coloring pages will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
