The Grundy Museum launches its Golden Anniversary year with a trivia night. Museum and Library staff invite you to join them for Quizzo Night at Mountain Laurel Spirits, maker of Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey, on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm). The distillery is located in the former Grundy Mill, now the Grundy Commons, at 925 Canal Street. Quizzo Night categories include questions on U.S. Presidents, literature, world events, sports, entertainment, as well as fun facts about the Grundy Mill era (1876-1940). Cash prizes awarded to first, second, and third place winners. Light refreshments and soft drinks provided; a cash bar will be available. This free event is open to registered individuals 21 and over. Individuals and teams of up to eight are encouraged; registration is limited and begins online Monday, February 6, 2017. Questions?
