This presentation will provide a brief overview of the Insurance Department’s role and responsibilities in the state of Pennsylvania.  We will discuss the authority of the Insurance Department during the rate review time, potential issues that could impact rates and provide information about the insurance companies requesting rate changes in your rating area.
