The Friends of the Warminster Library welcome Rand Scholet, President and Founder of the Alexander Hamilton Awareness Society in "Alexander Hamilton: The Man v. the Musical." Recently, Alexander Hamilton has received increased attention and respect due to the blockbuster hit musical on Broadway – “Hamilton: An American Musical.”  There have been numerous people asking, “Is this show exaggerating Hamilton’s importance during the founding era, or is it justified?”  Our speaker, Rand Scholet, compares and ranks Hamilton’s contributions with seven other Founding Fathers.  The speaker has a number of photos and personal anecdotes from his five-year relationship with the musical and its creative genius, Lin-Manuel Miranda, as well as Hamilton author Ron Chernow that inspired the musical.”  And singing may be heard...

Tickets are available at the Warminster Circulation Desk for $10. Space is limited, so don't miss out on this educational and timely experience! Light refreshments will be served.
