 The class will focus on various poses to stretch, strengthen and decompress the back of the body.  It is important to create space in the spine and relieve tension in the upper, mid and lower back as well as the neck.  The emphasis will be on yin poses with a few yang poses incorporated in the sequence.  Release stress and relax.  Please register for the Zoom link which will be used for the entire series of classes.
