This presentation will look to connect the global picture on agriculture and climate change with the benefits and tastes of locally farmed vegetables and grass-fed beef produced by farming sustainably the old-fashioned way—sometimes now called Regenerative Farming. Brent Alderfer of Spring Creek Farm joins us.
