You're invited to an insightful discussion about the physical and psychological importance of fun with Mike Rucker, PhD, on Wednesday, June 7 at 4 PM.

Dr. Rucker is an organizational psychologist and the author of The Fun Habit: How the Disciplined Pursuit of Joy and Wonder Can Change Your Life.

Grounded in current research, accessible science, and practical recommendations, Dr. Rucker will use strategies from The Fun Habit to discuss how you can build having fun into an effortless habit and why doing so will help you become a healthier, more joyful, more productive person. 

This talk will be hosted through Zoom. But livestreamed at Doylestown. In addition to enjoying the talk, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with the author and may submit questions! Dr. Mike Rucker is an organizational psychologist and charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association whose work has been published in the International Journal of Workplace Health Management and Nutrition Research. His ideas about fun and health have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Vox, Thrive Global, mindbodygreen, and more. Named one of ten digital change makers by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, he currently serves as a senior leader at Active Wellness.
