This is a FREE, 8 WEEK WORKSHOP! No experience required. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability (can also be done sitting) Tai chi is a form of gentle flowing movement that can relieve stress while improving balance, health, strength and coordination. It is sometimes called "Medication in Motion" . You will learn (without trying) basic principles and movements that will make you feel great and leave you wanting more. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move in. We will meet in the multi-purpose room to the left of the front desk.  Classes will be held on the following dates:

*Please note: there is NO class on October 23rd and November 13th due to special programs scheduled at the library that night.*
