Mindfulness: "Being" in the Midst of a "Doing" Life
Mindfulness is the practice of moment to moment awareness. It can help those cope with daily stressors and pressures of fast-paced busy lives. Some mindful movement of chair yoga will be included. Please wear comfortable clothes and rubber soled shoes. Join us to see how mindfulness can benefit your life! This month we will be exploring mindfulness in communications within relationships.
