THIS CLASS IS CANCELLED DUE TO THE UNAVAILABILTY OF INSTRUCTOR.

This class is suitable for those new to yoga, as well as those who have previous experience. During the entire class we will use the support of a chair, ideal for those who have limited mobility due to various physical limitations and balance considerations. All ages, levels of experience, flexibility and physical ability are welcome to participate.

If possible, please bring a yoga strap (not required).

No charge or registration required. Seating is limited.
