Mindfulness:  "Being" in the Midst of a "Doing" Life

Mindfulness is the practice of moment to moment awareness.  It can help those cope with daily stressors and pressures of fast-paced busy lives.  Some mindful movement of chair yoga will be included.  Please wear comfortable clothes and rubber soled shoes.  Join us to see how mindfulness can benefit your life!
