Managing Holiday Stress & Food

The holidays can be joyful—but also stressful. Join Jena Wood, The GIANT Company Dietitian, to learn how balanced meals, mindful eating, and mood-boosting foods can help you stay calm and energized this season. The session includes a mindful eating activity to help you fully enjoy holiday meals.

Jena Wood, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian based in the Greater Philadelphia area with nearly a decade of experience as a supermarket dietitian. As a member of The GIANT Company’s Wellbeing Team, she is passionate about sharing her love for culinary and public health nutrition. Jena holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Community Nutrition, and she is currently pursuing a doctorate in Health Sciences.

This program fulfills the Health literacy of PaLA's PA Forward Gold Star program. There will be no salespeople present, no forms to complete, and the presenter will not receive a list of program attendees.
