Join us for a fun and intereactive program for preschoolers and caregivers all about health and safety. This program is brought to us by Doylestown Health. 

Nutrition

  • Eating healthy is important at every stage of life. It can have positive effects that add up over time. It’s important to eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, and dairy. When deciding what to eat or drink, choose options that are full of nutrients. A Doylestown Health Educator will teach the kids about the food groups, benefits of healthy eating, sugar content in foods and packing healthy lunches and snacks. 

Age: PreK- 2nd Grade [Ages 3-8]. Young and older children are welcome to participate!

Registration: Please register any individual child who will be participating.

Registration has closed.

This program will meet most weeks on Mondays at 10:30AM. Doylestown Health will discuss differeny safety topics each week.

This program is a part of the PA Forward library initiative and specifically targets Health Literacy for our youth patrons.
