Code Yogis free coding workshops 

June 17, 19, 24 and 26 at 6 PM. Register online! 

Local teen, Alaina Ahuja of Code Yogis will visit us this summer to teach our kids the basics of coding. The classes are not consecutive, and you do not need to attend all classes, but each class will be different.  

During the classes we will be working through different games and projects. Some of the topics include variables, if-then conditionals, loops, sprite movement, operations, and sensing.

• Participants will need a laptop or tablet to participate 

  • The library will have a few on hand for those who are unable to bring one of their own 

• The course is designed for ages 7-12

• The class runs anywhere from 30-45 minutes but can be longer depending on questions
