Mindfulness:  "Being" in the Midst of a "Doing" Life

Mindfulness is the practice of moment to moment awareness.  It can help those cope with daily stressors and pressures of fast-paced busy lives.  Join us to see how mindfulness can benefit your life!    

This month we will focus on poetry and motion.  We will examine and interpret poetry that attendees have written themselves or copied and then practice movements from Tai Chi and Qigong.  Please wear comfortable clothes and rubber soled shoes.
