Get to know the instructor...

Larissa Stowell, of Heartwell Yoga, is a mama of a spunky 4 year old, a former eduator, and kids yoga instructor. She is trained in both Kids Yoga and Trauma Informed Teaching.

She believes that Yoga is so much more than postures. It's place for children (and grown ups) to learn about themselves, as well as practice the balance between moving their bodies and stilling their minds.

Larissa is a firm believer that children are the best listeners and the best teachers. There is simply so much to learn from them. She is so grateful to be able to be a small part of their journey and to bring yoga and mindfulness to local communities!
