Join the read-aloud revolution this summer at this new book club. Reading together with older children can lead to interesting questions and discussions, as well as help develop their literacy skills, including vocabulary and comprehension! Also, did we mention it’s FUN and brings families together?

This meeting we will talk about The Puppets of Spelhorst by Kate DiCamillo and make our own puppets! 

Each meeting will feature discussion of the book and activities related to what we read that month. Meet new friends and read books? It’s a win-win!

Both titles are recommended for elementary school-aged children grades 2 and up but can be enjoyed by younger readers when read aloud.
