Summer STEM Camp: Power Protectors Challenge (for students in grades 1-5)
Event box
Join Ellyn Siftar, Penn State Extension 4-H Educator, assisted by Miss Rebecca and a teen volunteer, at this OUTDOOR event to engage in hands-on STEM related activities.
The Power Protectors Challenge involves investigating energy by making a solar oven, playing games about renewable resources, and engaging with balloon-powered cars!
Join only one, a couple, or all 5 sessions! Each one will be different...all will be fun and educational.
A suggested donation of $5 for each child is requested to help cover the cost of supplies.
Space is limited to 12 students and a wait list has been enabled. Please be sure to let us know asap if your child is not able to attend, so that another child may participate.
This program is geared to students who have completed 1st grade up to and including 5th grade.
Thank you for your cooperation!
