Pillows, Pillows, Pillows! Introductory sewing class for children in grades 2-6 ONLY!

Come after school for 3 consecutive Tuesdays in October and learn how to sew a pillow...or 2 or 3, depending upon the child's skill level and the amount of time it takes to complete each project. Participants will be introduced to basic sewing skills like threading a needle, sewing on buttons, making a pattern, creating a pillow. The first of which will be a monster!

Miss Rebecca and two adult volunteers (ALL, with the necessary PA clearances) will be facilitating these sewing sessions. If your child is interested, please plan to register for all 3 sessions. Space is limited to 12 students...Girls and Boys... in grades 2 - 6 ONLY.

Students who attend Wrightstown Elementary can arrange to be escorted by Rebecca Hone from WES over to the Library on the scheduled Tuesdays. A note must be sent to the WES office staff giving permission for Rebecca to walk your child from WES over to the Village Library after school that day. You are then responsible for having your child picked up at the Village Library at 5:00 PM.

*You may wish to send a snack for your child if they tend to be hungry after school.

Thank you for your cooperation!
