Midday Meditation

Put your lunch break to good use and join us at our drop-in 30-minute guided meditation sessions to help reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote mental well-being. Whether you're new to meditation or experienced, these sessions will help you take a midday break and find inner peace.

Feel free to bring along your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or anything to help you be your most comfortable as you meditate!
