Knowledge for Life: Anti-Inflammatory Foods & Diet

An anti-inflammatory diet is a diet rich in colorful fruits and vegetables and high in omega-3 fatty acids. This type of diet is supposed to bring down inflammation in the body and aid it in healing. But what happens when some of those colorful foods actually make you feel worse? Research shows that some of the population may feel better by taking out nightshades from the diet. Doylestown Health certified educator, Katelyn Devine, will help you understand what nightshades are, how they work in an anti-inflammatory diet, and how you should use them.
