Did you know that more than 350 different species of birds call Bucks County home? “So how come I have only four different ones in my yard?” you might ask. Join us to learn how, where, and when to observe the variety of birds that live in or travel through our sprawling county! Julie Pasini, a local birder with over a decade of experience, explains how to spot a wide variety of birds in parks, green spaces, and your own backyard! She also describes the minimal tools you need for birding, and best practices for observing birds in ethical ways. Julie helped to get Yardley designated as a Pennsylvania Bird Town—the 76th in the state, just a few weeks ago. Bird Towns work with Audubon to promote conservation and community-based actions to create a healthy, more sustainable environment for birds.

No registration required. Please arrive early to ensure seating. Seating is limited and no standing room allowed.
