Event box
Why is positive thinking important? Positive thinking can have a beneficial impact on both our physical and mental well-being. People who maintain a more positive outlook on life seem to cope better with stress, have better immunity, and a lower risk of premature diseases and even death. Presented by a Penn Medicine health educator, this program explores positive thinking and implementing it into your life.
No registration required. Seating is limited. Part of the Knowledge for Life: Adult Learning Series.
