Learn about Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Living Trusts and tax implications of death. Howard Soloman, JD, of Soloman Law, will present the program for Older Americans Month. The program will discuss three basic life planning documents, a Living Will/Medicare Power of Attorney for medical decisions, a Power of Attorney for financial decisions, and a Will. A Revocable Living Trust also will be discussed, but the primary focus will be on the three basic documents.

There will be no salespeople present, no forms to complete, and the presenter will not receive a list of program attendees.
