Celebrate the start of the new Eagles season by learning about a former gridiron great!  Authors Roy Weaver and David Sullivan will explore the fascinating life of 1960’s Eagles legend Timmy Brown, the subject of their new biography, Running Against The Grain.  Brown was a running back for the Eagles from 1960-67 and then enjoyed a career as a film star (MASH, Sweet Sugar, Black Gunn) and a Philadelphia-area R&B singer. The authors will be selling and signing books (and are also more than happy to talk about the upcoming Eagles-Cowboys matchup and this season’s Super Bowl prospects!).
