Many of us know what the census is but how can we use the federal census to find out about our ancestors: where they lived, their occupation, and more? We will look at how you can use records in consecutive censuses to track members of the family and discuss the different kinds of information found in each census. Finally, we will take some time to discuss the missing 1890 census and how you can locate some of that information elsewhere.
