What's Cooking at the Library:  Kimchi Fried Rice and Chicken Bulgogi

Join Amelia Chong as she returns for another Asian cooking class, this time Korean dishes.  Amelia will be making fried rice using kimchi, a fermented cabbage dish, a staple in Korean cuisine and popular for its probiotic benefits and chicken bulgogi, a soy sauce marinated barbecued chicken dish.
