Local artist Donna Rosenbaum returns to share her love of needle felting. She will instruct registered attendees on how to create their own felted wool snowman to take home. The workshop is limited to 15.

There will be no salespeople present, no forms to complete, and the presenter will not receive a list of program attendees.
