Discover the ancient art of Tai Chi & Qigong at the library with instructor Arlette Twersky! These 8 sessions are at an introductory level and will take place outdoors, weather-permitting, at the Grundy Library (680 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA). Registration is required for each individual session.

Join us for a serene and invigorating session that will introduce you to the principles of these gentle martial arts, which promote physical well-being and mental clarity. Whether you're seeking to improve your balance and flexibility, reduce stress, or simply try something new, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the calming effects of Tai Chi and Qigong in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing and shoes, and a water bottle.
