"Hart 2 Heart is a foster-based, donation-based organization focusing on rescuing and nurturing abused, abandoned, and unwanted animals in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. With our help, many of these animals can be adopted into safe, loving, and secure homes. Along with that, we work to educate the community on the importance of humane animal treatment and practices to reduce animal suffering. Interested in joining the cause?"
