Summer Stitching: Learn to Knit & Beyond!
Event box
Unwind this summer and discover the joy of knitting! Whether you are picking up needles for the very first time or you’re a beginner ready to expand your skills beyond the basic knit stitch, this weekly drop-in class is for you.
Our supportive, relaxed sessions cover everything from casting on and mastering the foundational stitches to exploring exciting new patterns and techniques. No matter where you are on your knitting journey, you can work at your own pace and connect with fellow makers in the community.
Materials: Bring your own supplies, or borrow a starter kit of needles and yarn right here from the library’s collection!
Between classes students are encouraged to join the New Hope Public Library Stitch in Time group which meet on Mondays 11am-12:30pm and Thursdays 3-4:30pm.
