For anyone who has been to a grief group before, this is a check-in meeting that runs once a month on the 2nd Thursday, which anyone who has previously been a member of ANY grief group can join. 

If you have never been to a grief group, you can contact our Reference Desk to get local referrals for secular or religious groups.
