Event box

Did you know infertility affects 1 in 6 couples trying to have a baby? This talk will give a broad overview of the place of in vitro fertilization (IVF) in modern infertility treatment, the IVF process, related procedures (e.g., intracytoplasmic sperm injection [ICSI], fresh and frozen embryo transfers, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic diagnosis), and success rates across different age groups.

Dr. Friedman (call him Andy!) is a resident of New Hope and has had a career in medicine spanning 45 years. He was the former Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School and later worked in a number of different executive positions at Johnson & Johnson.
