Come laugh with us! There are no traditional yoga poses and we will not be twisting ourselves into pretzels. Instead, we will ho-ho and ha-ha our way to wellness. Yogic breath and conscious laughter will bring out the child within and make us more joyful and boost our immune systems. Laughing is great for you and loads of fun!
Laughter Yoga with instructor Jodi Sigal will be held outside in The Backyard on Thursday evenings July 12, July 19, and July 26, weather permitting.
This is a family event so bring your children, bring your parents, and bring your friends!
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring water to rehydrate. No need to bring a mat.
