Two educators trained at Jefferson University Mindfulness Institute proudly offer five free sessions of Mindfulness Meditation which will explore instruction, dialogue, and practice that will allow participants to apply mindfulness to their daily lives.  Mindfulness is the ability to pay attention moment to moment in our lives without judgment.  It is a kind, gentle, non-directive approach which allows us to better deal withthe stressors and pressures in our everyday world.
