Christmas is a season of joy and celebration. It is also a time to remember one of the most memorable events of the American Revolution – George Washington crossing the Delaware on Christmas night. Join us as re-enactor Mike Jesberger transports us back to that very bitter winter as Washington’s army encamps in Bucks County, bravely crosses the Delaware, and defeats the unsuspecting Hessians at Trenton. This program also features reproduction maps and equipment of the Continental and Hessian soldier. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Please register
