Join us for BadgeFest! -- a week long period of fun activities you can do at the library over winter break to earn a badge. Come back to the library each day to earn a different badge! 

Today, join us anytime from 4:00pm until 8:00pm to earn your Reading Rebel badge at our "Camp Out" & Read program! 

To earn your badge, all you have to do is spend time reading, write down your favorite book or the book that you're reading on our "banner of books", and try your hand at redesigning or replicating your book's cover! All supplies will be provided.

We'll have the room set up with "tents" for your to read under -- just grab a book and bring a flashlight!* We're also encouraging families to bring their own blankets & pillows to create your own "tents" or more more comfortable reading! 

*some flashlights will be on hand, but not enough for everyone. It's recommended you bring your own to use.

• Thursday, Dec. 27 - Coding Ninja Badge! (2pm & 7pm) 
  • Join us for two sessions as we explore some of the unplugged coding program activities and earn our Coding Ninja badge! 
• Friday, Dec. 28 - Crafty Creator Badge! (11am to 5pm) 
  • Stop by anytime between 11am and 5pm to do some fun winter crafts to earn your Crafty Creator badge!
• Satruday, Dec. 29 - Board Game Genius Badge! (9am to 4pm) 
  • Drop in anytime between 9am and 4pm to play some of our boardgames & complete some activities to earn your Board Game Genius badge! 
• Monday, Dec. 31 - Globetrotter Badge! (Count Down to Noon @ 11:30am) 
  • Join us for our Count Down to Noon celebration at 11:30am where we'll be celebrating the New Year and learning about how other countries and cultures celebrate the New Year to earn our Globetrotter badge!
