Author Leslie Handler will be here for an inspirational talk about finding happiness in every day, and how to change your life for the better at any age. It covers serious heartfelt topics with humor sprinkled in. Leslie will read excerpts from her book: Rats, Mice and Other Things You Can't Take to the Bank: An Inspirational Collection of Essays from Humorous to Simply Human and there will be a Q&A at the end. Copies of the book will be available for sale (cash, check, or credit card) at the event.   

In addition to writing a book, Leslie is a syndicated columnist for Senior Wire, and a freelance writer for WHYY, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and City Wide Stories. She is also a frequent contributor to ZestNow, and BoomerCafe, as well as a blogger for The HuffPost.
