In this 90 minute session you will learn simple but powerful yoga postures to balance and stabalize your system. No prior experience with yoga is necessary. This session will be conducted by a trained Isha facilitator, after which ongoing online support will be available.
Please be prepared to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you will not hold the library nor the instructor responsible should you injure yourself while participating.
If you own a yoga mat you may bring it (or a blanket or towel) to lie on. You may also sit in a chair to participate.
