Chair Yoga is back for summer at a NEW TIME!
Due to our summer youth programs, we will need to start Chair Yoga at 12:00pm.
Join the growing trend making yoga accessible for all. Take a moment to be present in your day by learning to center yourself with breathing and meditation. Then do some gentle stretching - all supported by sitting on a chair and holding onto a chair. Leave relaxed and carefree!
This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. The class is free, but donations are appreciated to help continue the funding.
No registration required.
Classes will begin Tuesday, June 4th at 12:00pm and continue through Tuesday, August 27th at 12:00pm.
*Please note that even though they will be running weekly, there will be no class on Tuesday, July 16th as our Science in the Summer program will be running all day in our meeting room.*
