Gentle Yoga is designed for adults of any age, including seniors and those with minor physical ailments, who prefer a slower paced or more relaxed practice. This program is made possible by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Please plan to attend all 6 classes. Bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel. Registration is required.
