Chair Yoga and Meditation

Yoga is for everyone, even if you have limited mobility, are unable to sit on the ground, or have trouble getting up. Chair yoga offers people of all ages and abilities all of the benefits of traditional yoga in a chair. In this demonstration you will learn how easy it is to begin to enjoy the many health benefits of yoga and meditation. Wear loose comfortable clothing for optional participation.
