AARP Driver Safety Refresher Course

Learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and how to operate your vehicle safely in today’s increasingly challenging environment as well as how to manage and accommodate common age-related changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time. Learn how to reduce the likelihood of a crash, proper use of new technology found in cars today, effects of medication on driving, and the importance of eliminating distractions.

Age: 50 years & older

Fee: $15.00 for AARP members; $20.00 for non-members

Payment: By check. Make checks payable to AARP.

Requirements: Must have taken an AARP Safety Course within the last 3 years.
