Yoga is for everyone, even if you have limited mobility, are unable to sit on the ground, or have trouble getting up. There is no need to miss out on the benefits of yoga just because you may have restrictions. Chair yoga offers people of all ages and abilities all of the benefits of traditional yoga in a chair.
In this demonstration you will learn how easy it is to begin to enjoy the many health benefits of yoga and meditation, including reducing stress, anxiety, depression, memory loss, imbalance, symptoms of menopause, and pain of arthritis and pack pain. Yoga also can lower blood pressure, build lean muscle and bone strength, and improve sleep, flexibility, and weight loss.
