Slow Flow Yoga with Cindy (Virtual Program)

Yoga is for all ages and fitness levels. It can even be practiced seated in a chair and can also help with behavioral issues for all children including those with learning or autism spectrum disorders.

Slow Flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga. In these sessions you will learn how easy it is to begin to enjoy the many health benefits of yoga; including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving memory loss, imbalance, improving sleep, increasing flexibility, reducing symptoms of menopause, losing weight, lowering blood pressure, reducing the pain of arthritis and back pain, building lean muscle and strength of bones.
