Virtual slow Flow Yoga with Seth

Get in shape or stay in shape with this low-impact slow pace exercise. Experience a more active flow of basic yoga poses while guided with proper alignment. Beginners easily start enjoying the amazing benefits of a yoga practice and intermediate students grow their practice by learning new poses.

Gradually warm up muscles, joints and connective tissue, stimulating fresh blood and oxygen into better circulation. Guided imagery is often presented which can counteract anxiety and help overcome stress, anger, pain, depression and insomnia.
