Virtual Kids Fun Yoga with Juli

In Partnership with Airmid Wellness. 

Children of this age love to role-play and pretend, so this yoga class lets them be who they are.  This class is high energy and fast paced to keep them focused and moving.

Yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children as they learn balanced growth and new ways to strengthen the mind and body.

Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well; empowering the child to self-regulate emotions and achieve calm in an overstimulating world. Yoga improves behavioral issues for all children including those with learning disorders and has also been shown to improve the lives of children with autism spectrum disorders. Research also suggests that yoga can help children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) by improving the core symptoms of ADHD, including inattentiveness, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. It can also boost school performance in children with ADHD.

Kids yoga helps children develop motor skills, ability to socialize and develop a greater self-reliance and empathy. Class ends with a period of calming relaxation.
