Mindfulness for Stress Relief and Emotional Support

If these times of stress and change are feeling overwhelming or if you are needing some community and connection while also building skills to help you feel calmer, then we invite you to join Katie virtually for Mindfulness for Stress Relief and Emotional Support.

Katie will teach a combination of tools to help you find more calm and ease, including gentle movement, mindfulness skills, self-compassion, and nervous-system regulation practices, all from a trauma-informed lens. This class will support you in experimenting with different tools to find out which ones work for you and that you can take with you into your daily life.

As time permits, class will also include time for questions, discussion, and community support.
