These movements help to build body awareness, as a result, it helps to improve daily functions, through different approaches:

Physical Body:  Stretches  Breathing Exercises  Postures of Balance and Control  Self-Myofascial Massage  Sensory Stimulation Activities

Mental Body:  Short Meditations  Energy Exercises  Chromotherapy  Art

This holistic practice contributes to balance mind-body, boosts self-confidence and tunes up heart and brain. You gain more mobility, strength and power. You are happier in your own skin.
