Invigorating Flow Yoga for Beginners and Intermediate

Get in shape or stay in shape with this low-impact faster pace exercise for Intermediate students (level 1/2). 

In this class you will experience a more active flow of basic yoga poses and learning new poses while guided with proper alignment. Gradually warm up muscles, joints and connective tissue, stimulating fresh blood and oxygen into better circulation. Guided imagery is often presented which can counteract anxiety and help overcome stress, anger, pain, depression and insomnia.
